I've judge coming up soon and I need to know when they could charge me 14 days later-after not offer me any paper-work or making me sign any waivers. The meaning of CHARGE is, sometimes, no educational one. When they state you had been imprisoned, so be it. You had been not put through a "custodial" charge though.
You state you weren't provided a copy of the quotation on-scene, that will be needed, if certainly a summons was issued. Unusual?
