If you have your car parked in your driveway and someone comes up to turn around and hits the car and the person that hit your car has a person in the passenger seat can that person testify in court if you had a family member see the accident? Please state your source

My source is my working in the Court system for many years and yes that person can testify so if your friend who saw it happen testifies that they saw it happen then you should be alright, check the car and see if there is any paint marks to verify which vehicle did it.

That person can most certainly testify in court if they witnessed the accident.
