Evictions for non-payment of rent can take from 4 to 6 weeks when all is said and done.
Evictions due to violence etc. can take 48 hours or less.

An eviction is a court order process and the rules of the court decision must be followed. It is not up to the landlord to determine when the tenant's legal occupation of the property ends the court decides.
