I've an h 1b related issue. I simply got my credit restoration completed effectively. <br />
I originated from the united states a couple weeks before but was never questioned about my I94 (my newest I94 is mounted on my I-797 approval notice). Quite simply, I still have my fresh I 94. The previous one (which ended) is in my own passport.<br />
