Nebraska - Firing Question

Postby Anwar » Wed Feb 19, 2014 12:51 am

I was recently fired from my work that we was a salaried worker for 7+ decades. I've a couple of questions questioning if this could be wrongful termination. We have new administration and this person was doing items that were improper such as for instance creating personal attacks towards myself and my loved ones. In addition to demeaning additional workers and myself in this method it made it really unpleasant to work-in common if not visit him. History:Especially I'm an individual parent of one handicapped daughter and one 1yr old daughter who were ill last February for around 10 times with the influenza, and I've physician's documents to show that. Throughout that 10 day time I employed individual time off given in my experience by my ex-company nevertheless I did attend work among the 10 times when I'd a buddy who might view my kids. He yanked me into his office and informed me "not particularly but ostensibly" That I needed to make additional plans for individuals to view my kids as I was needed at work, he subsequently created a declaration that my career might be in jeapordy if I do not and that that might make me a poor dad if I did not work. He over the last 12 months has additionally insulted myself and other workers by calling them dumb, losers, and other more universal issues along that line.I submitted a formal complaint with Time in relation to his conduct and how unpleasant it made me experience. They towards the best of my understanding subsequently informed him about my criticism and place my chef responsible for examining it. In talking to the remainder of the workers whoam I have know for a long time none of them made note to him requesting them how they experienced or did anybody from Time contact them. After I was release it was recommended to become because of my work weeks preceding and that he simply does not notice me in the ideas for your path he really wants to consider our division. IMy question is that this by any means illegitimate?

ONLY when you, your employer and your son or daughter's disease all qualify for FMLA AND your employer had adequate data to keep yourself informed that FMLA may apply. It isn't illegal for your chef to be always a idiot and until FMLA is concerned, it's not illegal to end you for extreme absences.
