So my friend today told me that his family told him of a new law that was passed in Utah where youère not allowed to talk to anybody under the age of 18 online. Now don't get me wrong, that would seem fitting for all those sexual predators and whatnot, but my friends is only 2 years older than me and I'm only 20. So is this true that a law has been passed? Or, like one of my friends said, they're probably just messing with him. Because I feel really bad that he's had to delete so many friends on his MSN list because he's afraid of getting caught. And another thing that my friend said, there's no way they can enforce it. So please, can anybody please let me know more about this? Thanks.
