I just heard about Attorney General Cuomo of New York filing a lawsuit against Credit Solutions, the debt relief company. I live in NY and was a customer of Credit Solutions a few years ago. I paid them about 2K overall and they never helped me settle any debt. How do I get involved in the lawsuit?

US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois Ameriquest Mortgage Lending Practices Litigation. I have received a document through the mail that is asking me to fillout and send back to receive money from Ameriquest upon settlement. I need to know if this is true?
