Since the data breech, there are victims where the information illegally obtained can be used against those individuals. Is there not yet a class action lawsuit filed?

I have a 99 Audi A4 1.8T. Red Oil Pressure ("Genie" oil can) light comes on consistently lately. Car consumes about 1 to 1 1/2 quarts of synthetic oil per week under low mileage, normal driving conditions. No power, very sluggish, some smoke from exhaust at times, ticking noise under hood, recently had valve cover gasket replaced, among other things.

My question is: Does this sound like a sludge problem? AND, since this Audi year ...
