How much should I agree with on the pain and suffering? I fell in a grocery store that was there fault. I fractured my left wrist and had contusions to my hip. I'm dealing with the insurance company first to see if they want to settle out of court. They told me to gather all of my bills together and fax them that information, then they will add pain and suffering.

My husband went to an eye doctor for Iuvitus.  The doctor prescribed him a steroid in drop form and pill form.  Within 6 months he had cataracts in both eyes.  Within one year he had to have a hip replacement due to the steroid use.  The doctor did tell us that he might get the cataracts due to the steroid.  Should we file a malpractice suit or do we even have a case?  Thank you
