My friend in awaiting trail for a charge of malicious destruction of property less than $200. I've called a few lawyers to ask what typically happens with charges like this but they just want me to hire them. I've looked on a few websites and MI law says no more than 93 days. But I doubt people usually get that much time. I'm worried and want to know what to expect :/
