Outside Child Support Organization Taking The Cash!!!!!

I actually don't actually understand if this may be the correct class to publish this.
I'am on impairment and that I was requested to nevertheless purchase child-support that will ben't an issue.My problem is the fact that my x experienced some other organization label the kid support community and he or she stated that she shut the situation in february. of 09 therefore regular 3.00 is obtained from my check (garnished) however it gets delivered to the organization and moves nowhere else.They state it's likely to a clearinghouse of theirs but no body appears to understand where or just how much or why they cannot appear to find it.They also stated that they'd no situation from her so that they were not sure why it had been still forthcoming through.Recently i returned to courtroom and got the purchase decreased to 0.00 a month.Which again was good but the corporation sent another purchase to carry on using the 3.00 which again nevertheless none has already reached her.I totaled it-up between your negotiation cash which was compensated and also the regular assistance $4,478.00 has simply disapeared into this company.Now they state that her situation was exposed per month after she obtained a document declaring that's had been shut (how can that function?).They WOn't talk to anybody about the telephone and just contact us via- email despite several efforts at obtaining a telephone conversation.They WOn't shut the situation or alter the purchase despite the fact that the purchase was changed.Yet none of the cash is hitting my x and my child service is accumulating despite the fact that iam actually paying and also have paper-work to show it and child-support state they cannot depend some of it as compensated till it reaches their workplace and gets handed to my x.Iam caught I've no idea what iam designed to do.Iam unsure how to proceed or when there is something i may officially do e the corporation to recuperate the missing money.Please aid me...

Used to do not understand a "some other organization" had the capability to really impose court-ordered kid support.  It seems like the neighborhood Child Support Enforcement organization isn't being any help.  you may be ready to document a criticism using the National Child Support:

You could also contemplate processing a criticism together with your stateis Attorneygeneral's workplace (google it).

If I were in this situation, I would contact all of the above, (starting with PA).  You might not get a response right away, but doing nothing isn't going to solve this either.

Okay this is actually the additional problem that i thought I'd published but i didn't.The fresh purchase for 0.00 is in king george virginia.I reside in philadelphia and also the exterior organization is found in phoenix arizona.So do i still contact the attorney-general in pennsylvania? or va?or illinois?

Oh i completely agree!!This Really Is dealing with be considered a large clutter and that I had no idea how to start!Today atleast I've several locations togo and find out so what can be achieved from their ends.Hopefully we are able to recover the missing cash and ideally the corporation may study from it though i really question it :(
