Overstay Problems

Postby Bobo » Wed Jun 25, 2014 8:13 pm

I want some main guidance below. I arrived in on the student credit, but within my senior year, had some monetary problems which led to my disappointment to carry on full time. I had been arrested, launched and was informed that I'd be educated by email of the day and period to get a courtroom hearing regarding my situation. Within the mean-time, I'd transferred and that I advised work of the change in handle. Although awaiting the notice, I achieved an excellent individual and we're producing ideas to obtain married. The large issue is the fact that it's been nearly 24 months (it willn't consider this lengthy, right?) and that I haven't obtained any notice of my court day. I'm really worried the notice might not reach me or anything had occurred also it had gotten moved back. In that case, this could imply that the reading has come and eliminated. I actually don't understand what to complete today. Am I currently an illegitimate? Well, I probably am. And what must I do about my connection (US resident btw)? Easily need to get deported (I actually don't desire to be an illegitimate), can I be ready to obtain a fiance visa? Can somebody help, please?

If you "haven't heard" from the court for two years, it seems safe to assume that you missed your court date. Consult an immigration lawyer to find out the status of your case, and to strategize on how you might extricate yourself from your problematic situation.
