People said to make it more detailed so here it is.. His body language says he likes me but not his actions..?

There's a guy, if you looked at his body language you'd say I have a 9/10 chance of him liking me, but if you looked at his actions... eh more like 5/10. Help me, do you think he likes me or not?

Over the time I've met him, here are the major good and bad things he's done to me. Help me figure out if he likes/liked me or not.
Good things:
-Came up to my locker and started talking to me(October)
-He gave me the "sup" nod once when I was looking at him(October)
-One time me and my friend were arguing and he butted in and picked up for me even though he had no clue what we were talking about, he just said "She's right"(December)
-My friend said to me "Christine, you're on crack" and he turned around and said "Sabrina(my friend), I think YOU'RE the one on crack" and he smiled at me. (Beginning of february)
-He used to sit in front of me during french, and my friend sat right next to him. Every time my friend called out my name, his head turned, and he started eavesdropping, there were even times when he would turn around and laugh.(most of february)
-One time I wasnt sitting in my proper seat, and the teacher told me to go back to my seat and I started grinning, and he looked over and started laughing(he was 2 rows over) and the whole time I was walking back to my seat he was smiling and staring. Then when I sat down I looked at him and he was still looking at me, and then I looked away, and then he said "Christine" , "do you have a pencil I could use?" and like there were other girls closer to him, and his friends were right next to him, I was like the first person he asked(I'm pretty sure), but like when he asked it was half way across the class and all the smiling and staring before he even asked, and when I walked over to give it to him he kept looking in my eyes, he didnt even realize when I was handing him the pencil.During that class he actually turned back to stare at me a few times.(Beginning of March)
-Sometimes when we're looking at eachother, I might smile at him, and he'll smile back, and I can count probably about 10 times when he smiled at me first. Once when my back was turned to him and he was walking by, my friend was like "Oh my god he just smiled at u"
-From January to April he's glanced at me from across the room, and when I'd be sitting behind him he'd turn back a few times to look, and I'm positive he was looking at me because I was in the very corner of the room. My friends tell me he stares at me too, like in March a girl told me that every english class he would stare at me a lot, and she told me that during woodshop class "He couldnt take his eyes off of you, and when I caught him staring at you, he looked at the floor, it was really cute"
-He has his body facing my direction 80% of the time.
-He laughs at my jokes for the most part, or things that are funny and are related to me.
-I remember once when I laughed at his joke, he laughed again and smiled at the floor.
-Once when I walked by him in the halls he went from being loud and funny with his friend to being quiet and awkward

BAD SIGNS:
-Once when we were in a group he seemed to not know I existed, sometimes when I spoke he never responded, and he made conversation to me ONCE, and when I answered, he turned around and started talking to his friend.
-He found out I liked him, told people I like him and stare at him a lot(he stared at me a lot too he cant say much), and he said to tell my friend TWICE that he doesnt like me back, and when my friend said "everyone tells her they think u like her so now she thinks u like her", he said "aaaah can you tell her I dont"
-He told his friends he likes someone else, even his close friend, and when someone asked him who he liked during class he said "You wouldn't know her"
-He's mean to me sometimes, or well not the nicest, like he sometimes wont take my side he'll take his friends side like today his friend said to me "You're a terrible liar" in a joking way, and my crush said like 4 seconds later "Yeah" but he said it quietly, and sometimes his friends will tell a joke with me involved(not a mean joke) and he'll laugh, but when I joined in once, his smile went away and he just started looking at me.
-He said something about me today I'm pretty sure, and it was right after I was staring at him, so I'm really paranoid he said something bad, but I dont actually know what he said or if he really said anything about me..

Think over the good things, compare them to the bad things, what do you think?
Also he's 13, almost 14, and has no experience with girls and never had a girlfriend or admitted his feelings to anyone before

The good things you mention aren't really significant enough, in my opinion, to show that he likes you. I have had boys do all the things you have mentioned and we have just been friends. Fair enough there's been a bit of flirting but sometimes people flirt with out meaning to.

The fact that you mention in your bad signs list he has actually said he doesn't like you shows he doesn't like you. I think you're trying to convince yourself that he does like you when really, from what I've read and my own personal experience, he doesn't seem to like you that much and he's just being friendly.

I don't really know what to say to you other than - if he doesn't outright say that he likes you and he continues denying that he does then I think you should just leave it and move on. Have you thought about the fact that you like him so you might be misreading the signs in order to make it seem like the feelings are mutual? Think about another boy who you don't like and look at what he does, does he laugh at your jokes and look at you? You probably don't notice if any other boys look at you because you're busy looking at this one boy.

It's more likely he thinks of you as just a friend. Sorry if this seems quite harsh but from what I've read in your question there's not much evidence that he does actually like you, especially when he's actually said he doesn't.
