State of Delaware   1.  My wife and I won a judgment with a promissory note against a person who borrowed money from us. The person filed bankruptcy and named Mr. and not Mrs. in the bankruptcy.
  Since Mrs. was not named and the money was to be paid to Mr. and Mrs., can Mrs. pursue collections and garnishment?   2.  Additionally, the note has a cosigner. Can we now also go after the cosigner to collect?   3.   &nbs... What is the process of locating assets, bank accounts and employment information?   Thank you in advance for your assistance.

collect? If your lawsuit and judgment did not name the cosigner, you can certainly dun him for payment, but you will have to sue him seperately if he doesn't pay.

You should have gone after co signor early on--go after him now!  But if you cannot jawbone him to pay up you will need to sue him separately  anew.
