Question for law enforcement?

I live in a college town. We cross the street wherever there's an opening. Would you give me a ticket for jaywalking as long as I'm not stupid about it? i.e. dodging traffic.

It depends, But keep in mind that jaywalking does give a law enforcement Officer cause to stop you and fish for something more. Perhaps that weed in your pocket, or that traffic ticket that you forgot to take care of etc. Would I intentionally target you for ONLY the Jaywalking; NO. Would I use it to find a possible bigger offense; ABSOLUTELY!! So feel free to move about the city my young friend!!!
