Yes he has he cannot tell the DOJ on what laws to prosecute or not. I am for immigration reform as long as it is LEGAL

No, the President has always had the legal power to make Executive Orders.

If you don't like the way it is, then write your Congressman and urge them to pass law limiting executive power.

Remember Bush's pre-emptive war that circumvented Congress? Now that was illegal.

Obama has no clue. He is misusing Executive Authority by bypassing the law that makes these people illegal.

He has no problem with criticizing outsourcing jobs but somehow insourcing jobs is fine? Where are the Unions? Not only that the immigrants get benefits. Irrational.

And do not tell me about strawberry pickers .. I live in Texas and Mexican people hold every kind of job there is .. our entire maintenance staff is Mexican. They are good .. but how many are legal?

the Dream act is proposed as a way to let some long term immigrants become legal to the benefit of the USA

the emphasis on which case to try has to be made on practical grounds

deport violent dangerous criminals FIRST before you go raining high schools to see if the valedictorian has "papers"
