Solution Error

Postby shashank » Fri Jun 20, 2014 11:42 am

Our issue entails a traffic quotation in the state-of: Illinois
I simply acquired a traffic ticket for rushing. Through six decades of operating I had been solution free till per month before. Today nowadays I received my next quotation for rushing. I'm not fighting the ticket itself, however the official wrote down these factual statements about my vehicle about the solution:
"Year:2011 / Make:BMW / Color:BLK"
Ok until I'm wrong year 2011 vehicles are not actually being created presently, my vehicle is just a dark bmw however it is just a 2004. I'm simply interested if this really is argument for termination of the ticket.
Any advice could be excellent. I signed up for the "traffic safety college" for my first solution and so I won't have this 1 on my report so long as I remain solution free for six months. Easily could easily get that one eliminated that might be wonderful.
Cheers for the help.

Minor clerical errors aren't ordinarily enough to convince a court to dismiss a ticket.

This error COULD work in your favor, I am not an expert in law, but I KNOW the differences between an 04 BMW and a 2010 or 2011 BMW

In my personal opinion, almost ALL tickets are worth fighting -- just not on the grounds you've listed.
