Taken Quad Cost

My problem requires criminal legislation for that state-of: Michigan.
Ok. Therefore tale, i purchased a quad from a buddy, he'd many others at that time. While he offered it in my experience he explained it wasnt working. Today my stupidness must have been notified once the beginning was absent, buuuttt his additional quads all had change beginners in the place of secrets he'd put into them. He explained since my quad didnt work, he didnt even bother. And so I purchased from him for 0. Well i got it home thinking I'd possess a side-project repairing it. Affirmed, I simply switched the fuel valve on.and it began. Well i rode this quad all over the place. i beat the piss from it. It had been like my fav thing actually. Well one evening I had been driving too near to the street, the police were named. They arrived viewed all of the quads and everything was awesome. Well almost 8 weeks later I'd it in my own yard, and these folks appear taking a look at it. I went out and that I was like "may I allow you to?" they explained it had been theres also it was taken.
Affirmed it had been...well i offered the police all of the information on the man who purchased from me. But I had been frightened to death after I was speaking with law enforcement i recognized my stupidness i informed them-it included keys...which it didnt. Then your man i bought if from refused anything.
Well I'd been thinking about shifting for a while...seats were purchased previously and anything, last i noticed the man went to prison. Also it wasnt until following a month that i shifted...i noticed a guarantee was granted for my arrest for possession of stolen property.
Like I do want to change myself in, but im worried to obtain a prison on my report. And since how I've experienced prison before (to get a completly different cost) i dont notice the chances workin in my own favor.
I mean c'mon, I'd a lot of individuals clear it. I left it in my own yard for god sakes....like 2 blocks from wherever it had been taken, the vin number was actually still on it.
i dont understand what todo....
