Tax Return / Ch 13

Postby Walker » Tue Jun 10, 2014 10:43 pm

Hi,I've two duty concerns: easily obtain a little reimbursement (I altered my withholding and so I should not, but I would have only a minor overpayment), will the Ch. 13 trustee go? Does it you need to be put on my aged taxes, that are being compensated within the Ch 13 situation? and, do I simply do the fees usually? I often employ Turbo Duty -- and send them towards the frequently outlined running centre -- state and national. Is there another process of these in a Ch 13 bankruptcy? Do I send them to some unique running location? Just like a bankruptcy division? I submitted in April of the year, it is a 58 month strategy. And, within the Upper Area of NYC Bankruptcy Judge, if you want to understand that information. Thanks!cat

You document your fees frequently. You'll have to give a backup of the results towards the trustee, and fundamentally, should you get one, a duplicate of one's reimbursement check. The trustee may let you know how to proceed. When the government requires the cash, you then may inform the trustee of this also.
