Oh yeah, I do agree! I used to love Rachel Ray on her old cooking show on the Food Network, where it was just HER, cooking - or the show where she would go to different cities, and recommend great resturants that were affordable - I forget the name of the show, but I think she had $40.00 a day to spend. Her personality seemed so real, and down to earth, and not at all put on. On her new show she comes across completely differently. It all seems like a big phony happy act, like, "look at me, see how cute and perky I am!! I am never down, I am happy, happy, happy!!" I know she has to do this for the show, but sometimes it almost seems "desperate". I wonder if her face hurts after the show from smiling and giggling so much! I still like her, and love her simple recipes, but the "cutsie" acts wears thin at times! Forget Regis and Kelly - long gone! Guess I'm old and cranky too!
