Visitation

Postby Beineon » Thu Jun 26, 2014 6:23 am

Joy4 FloridaMy child has been separated significantly less than annually. She's a-7 year-old boy. Their dad had a crack drug issue and quit to-go live together with his parents out ot condition 2 1/2 years back. He's visited annually and we're unsure regarding whether he's clear. The divorce decree claims he is needed to have supervised visitation. (I'm among the administrators and that I am prepared to do that for my son.) He's planning for a trip to observe his boy this summer and demands he will have his child without guidance. He's bothering my child about this.If he demands on-coming along and viewing his boy without guidance, how can we manage this officially. Do we contact law enforcement? Do we've to document something more using the court program? We also do not need this to show into anything unpleasant before her boy. Anything was managed in this method that her boy doesn't understand something bad about his father.

You and your daughter should be commended.. For not saying negitive things around the child, about his father..... I would call a local attorney and ask them what your options are...
