If the police don't catch them first, often one of their "customers" will beat their brains out.  That way they get the drugs plus they keep their money.

Nothing, something, I don't know. As has been said, it will be different in each case. And then, I have never heard any negative stories about people selling propranolol, Synthroid, and Lasix.
