It says "PCT application number:" and then: "Specify numbers in format PCT/CCYY/99999, PCT/CCYY/999999, PCT/CCYYYY/99999 or PCT/CCYYYY/999999." On a patent form that I'm filling out for my product. I can Add details, thanks.
I'm 16 so I'm not used to this stuff yet.
