We knew about oil and we knew that we could refine it

Maybe the new technology would increase the standard of living for every human being on earth, placing them far above their current level, but they didn't feel comfortable with a much more comfortable lifestyle, so they denied us access to antigravity, free energy and supersonic travel speeds for our vehicles

Did we waste billions on roads that need not exist? Were countless animals slain on the highways, unnecessarily?

Were the citizens of the world imprisoned, without justification?

Was control of the individual more important than progress for our species?

What happens when people can travel from Bridgewater, West Virginia to Kondoa, Tanzania in five minutes, without passport and without customs?

What happens to the monopoly the government has on the drug trade?

What happens to all the profits from illegal drugs?

What happens to the lifestyles of the drug lords in government?

No government is willing to admit that the Earth has been used for a penal colony for over a million years.

We humans are descendants of the worst of the worse from throughout the universe.
