I don't remember the exact details but these teens had a drinking problem. The judge orders the kids to stop drinking and that they will be subject to random testing. The kids disobey the judge's orders not to drink but the judge still doesn't do anything. Then they post that video online drinking and making a mockery of the judge. Then the judge punishes them. What is the name of that episode?
