What will a jury think of my doctor altering my medical record?

I am suing my doctor for medical malpractice. We just discovered three different copies of the same record. In the first copy my doctor had not included the procedure he had performed on me that day. (I am suing because he botched that procedure and caused me injuries). In the second copy he added that procedure, just a quick line noting what procedure he had performed. In the third copy, next to that note, he added "late entry January 12, 2011"

How bad does this look? I'm going to ask my lawyer about this on Monday but I am anxious to know about it now. Thanks so much
