I'm not sure if you're really asking a question, but out of the taxes you list, surely it can't be that 47% of Americans don't pay these. Except for income tax, these only depend on whether you use the item involved. When someone pays a phone bill, there isn't an exemption from tax because someone is unemployed. If that person has a car and puts gas in it, they have to pay the Federal Excise tax like everybody else; they don't get a discount on tax.
Speaking only for myself, I'm grateful to be employed an paying a disproportionate share of tax. I wouldn't trade my situation with any of my friends who are unemployed.
