Seriously, there is probably 100x more in Florida than any other state I've ever visited. I am guessing that the state is either plaintiff friendly or the laws are more lax concerning attorney advertisements. Thanks.
Only some states allow personal injury lawyers to advertise, Florida is one of those. 100x is a gross exaggeration. It's all about competition. The more lawyers who advertise, the more NEED to advertise to get the business.
People don't realize that the number of times you see a lawyer's name on TV has nothing to do with his/her competence, and in fact it can be argued that GOOD lawyers don't need to use TV advertising.
