Why did the law protect the criminal instead of me?

Postby collyer » Thu Jun 21, 2012 4:53 am

I was driving home at night and someone on the side of the road threw a beer bottle and destroyed my windshield. They also did it to another car. Since I couldn't automatically say which one did it, and they denied it they all got let go. This was late so it was dark. They breathalyzed one and made him wait while the others got to leave. The police wouldn't charge them with anything. I have to buy a new windshield for $277.15. Why is this ok? What can I do????? I could've been really hurt or someone else.

Okay, you are gonna hate me for this, but know that "Law" does NOT help anyone. You want to survive? Next time, carry a small pistol with yourself, anyone does that to you? Shoot them.

Else, they will kill you and the police will note it as an accident..

the law, the legal defense industry( largely funded by our taxes) and the courts have been siding with criminals for 40 years, now the cops do the same the cops are soft on all criminals but not petty breaches of driving regulations - weird

Sue all involved on the side of the road in small claims court and they should all get the fine unless one confesses or the more likely of events, they turn on who ever threw it to protect themselves. Name them all as defendants and best of luck.
