Will taking a lortab show up on my drug test?

I took 1 lortab last night that my father in law gave me because I had a bad migraine. I just found out I have a drug test tomorrow morning for my job. I don't frequently take painkillers or i've never done any drugs. Do i just tell them before I do the test or will it even show up?

Yes it willl show up, you're best bet is to simply tell them all of the medications you have taken in the last 72 hours so if/when anything shows up, they will know,, and you won't get in trouble for it.
