Workers compensation hearing coming up in 5 days what to expect?

after 4 years and only one offer 9 months ago for 72,000 .we refuse it i have attorney ,he said its worth around 105,000 so by how much close can they go? what will happen in the hearing will they make them pay me what we ask? or whats going to happen also i want lump sum no payments.the only thing my attorney said to me is that the closer we get to the date they can always call us to settle.?
