Would I get in trouble for this copyright law?

Postby dalon » Fri Mar 02, 2012 9:22 am

So there is this picture of kate moss that this store called Supreme has put on to a shirt. They posted posters all over the city and I took a picture of it and edited it to make it look better. If I used that picture and made my own shirt with it online just for myself and not sell it to anyone would I get in trouble...? I really want a shirt but they are all sold out.

HELP!

you shouldn't do it, but unlikely you'll get busted for one t-shirt! The other guys could though - big time.

While technically you would be in violation, if you make one shirt for yourself, no one is going to notice.
