I have been obtaining strange electrical troubles in my enterprise for several years. It is genuinely weird. Anytime I plug in electrical devices to the wall outlets, energy to all the outlets will go out for about a day. I confirm the breaker box and there are only three circuit breakers and none of them need to have to be reset. There is only 1 wall outlet that performs fully fine and I identified out that the explanation why that a single performs is due to the truth it is hooked up to the property line. I've reported this difficulty to the landlord several instances and only as soon as did a upkeep man come out to take a seem at it. He pluged some issue into to wall and pointed out that every little thing is reading standard, so he is unable to assist me. I have had several hundreds of dollars of electronics damaged by some sort of energy surge the company has received. I'm prepared to take into account that a total loss of equipment, but I still would like to have the energy fixed. Am I lawfully capable to get my personal electricial to take a appear at it and then bill the landlord for their solutions? I can constantly plug each thing into the residence line, but can not overload them incase the fire inspector comes inside.
