In foreclosure situations, can there be a regulation or principle that states "Each tenant that has authorized a rent should be registered within the foreclosure proceeding.". I have noticed this on the number of region the web sites for that justice of the peace surfaces, however a buddy of mine was informed 'number it isn't', when she introduced it up in court. <br />
whats the offer with that?

It isn't a "principle" around it's a typical authorized concept.<br />
The LL can easily select who he really wants to evict but, usually, a LL titles all tenants to ensure that he gets granted a view against, and ownership from, all the tenants.<br />
