Minor Child Picture Online(on Website)

I've a problem. Our old boyfriend includes a image of my child on his website. I've requested him repeatadly to get rid of it and will not achieve this. Because he's no legitimate connection to her(he is not associated by any means), will there be something I will do to drive him to consider the picture off his site?Because I'm her mom, I don't provide him permission to publish the image, but, he'sn't hearing. Please allow me to know when there is something that I will do, she's just 5 yrs old. (The image isn't pornagraphic by any means, I simply want to buy off his website for everybody to determine).
