Myspace Vandalism/ Municipal Harassment

Our 16 yo child was having difficulty having a 17 hey child at college who had been sexually harassing her - continuously requesting her to possess intercourse, informed her sweetheart she was cheating, informed the whole soccer team he'd sex together with her. All lies. To"return at him", she changed his Myspace site and transformed his code. Her modifications were REALLY small. She wasn't at college when she did this. The kids mom named law enforcement. Law enforcement examined but were likely to fall the problem. Mom nagged law enforcement to death, so that they ultimately imprisoned her for "changing a PC" and "impersonation". It had been delivered to probation. The probation officer attempted to "ignore it", but mom has become challenging it visit the DA and challenging 00 restitution. We're waiting to listen to when the DA may follow it. If he falls it I'm certain she'll document a municipal suit. Essentially everybody from police to probation believes mom is going for a really small event - a spat between teens - and method over reacting. When I stated, my child wasn't at college when she changed his myspace site. Their mom went towards the college 10 occasions within the last 2 weeks looking to get my child started out-of college for this. Actually, the police did arrest the girl. Presumably, they placed her into hadncuffs and all that. So, the mother is being taken seriously to some extent.Also, I think that, instead of changing the guy's myspace page, the girl should have filed a slander lawsuit against the guy.

You don't mention it in your post, but why have you not reported the harrassment? I would be mad too, if someone change my MS page and changed the password.
