Our scenario is that this: I closed a-12 month lease with my partner six months before, and he now's attempting to leave early. Based On The rental, the only path for him to interrupt the lease would be to supply 2 weeks complete book, by which event the sum total lease could be emptiness and that I'd need to re-locate also (clearly he'd require my permission).
