Our scenario is that this:  I closed a-12 month lease with my partner six months before, and he now's attempting to leave early.  Based On The rental, the only path for him to interrupt the lease would be to supply 2 weeks complete book, by which event the sum total lease could be emptiness and that I'd need to re-locate also (clearly he'd require my permission).  He's threatening to simply spend one weeks rent and leave, which nevertheless leaves him about the lease until I signal a lease launch contract (I've no purpose to do these).  He does not Appear to care and ideas on shifting out anyway.  I've no motives of departing, and certainly will assume liability of complete lease and utilities.  We separate anything 50/50 the whole period we have lived together centered on an verbal contract, but have no written agreement declaring such.  I spend the lease and resources, and he creates me a look for his half each month.  If he does undergo with shifting out and never spending his part, am I going to have the ability to recover the following 4-5 weeks worth of lease and utilities he's nevertheless required to pay for?

Its a problem of barter energy and poker-playing----are you able to experience his butt difficult to spend?
