Subleasing

Postby Chasiel » Sun Jun 29, 2014 12:37 pm

Hello. As many here I've the partner from hell. I have been attempting various ways to obtain from the scenario and also the most appropriate for me personally is always to sublease my space. It says on our rent the condo shan't be subleased with no acceptance of the landlord. The landlord is just a property company that rents apartments.Questions:how do you obtain the landlord to agree the subleasing?Does my partner need to accept of the individual that goes in?When The person who goes in does not spend, are they to blame about the rent or am I?I'm in Tampa, (Hillsborough County) Florida.Thank you.

You ask your LL..If the lease does not require that your RM agree to your sublet then thats what it says.If your sublet drops the ball you are still on the hook for $$.
