Send your tenant a Notice to Vacate (certified mail) stating that she has violated the lease and give her 10 days to vacate (see state law). You would be better to re-rent the property and change your lease to add an additional rental fee for unauthorized occupants.

Uhm, from what I Have read, this individual was there in the request of the called tenant, that has a unique leasehold interest within the device under consideration. May I modify the rent somehow?
