My name is Kevin Parkin. I retired in the Military in 2004 after two decades of support. My spouse and that I possessed a company in Florida to get a small amount of time. Although we are there we were approaced with a business named Merchant Services. They offer charge card processing and devices. We were pleased with our present support, however they guaranteed to save lots of us cash on charge card costs. Prior to the salesman left (Jason Lauderdale) he explained that people must obtain a flag mat from him that will "save us cash" he'd me indication anything, (not really a rent) after which left. After I looked over the conditions, I named the organization and stated that appeared just like a fortune. ( for 48 weeks) He didn't claim something in regards to a low-cancellable lease. I told them that I noticed exactly the same Verifone pin station on Ebay for $48. The repetition that I spoke to (Sandra Long) stated that I really could not only purchase a flag mat, and utilize it. They stated that it's to become designed by them. I approached Verifone straight, plus they stated that is just a false declaration. You-can't keep in touch with these folks, they harrass, create fun or, and all-they state is "you closed a rent" On several occasion I've been named labels. One customer support representative title Allan, explained downright that I had been "scammed" and also to overcome it and simply spend. He made enjoyment of the truth that I'd transferred to Iowa. I've submitted grievances using the Better Business Business, FTC, Telephone Organization, FCC, Attorney Generals Office, and also the www.ripoffreport.com I realized that there's a-Class Action Suit from the called company, and questioned what I'd need to do to become a part of it. I'm retired in the military, and receive partial impairment. I also genuinely believe that I had been a goal of the ill plan to tear people down since I'm a Mexican National. I'm considering declaring a civil suit against them since it appears they target hispanic business people. Please allow me to know if it's feasible to to participate this class action suit. I'll do whatever it requires to create jerks such as this down. I'd have not authorized a 48 month rent for $48 per month. So what can I actually do about this today? I submitted reviews using the FTC, FCC, BBB, AG of NYC, Ripoffreport.com, and other people who'll hear. I'm fed up with criminals such as this finding away with garbage like this.

Hello, Cheers for the information back. I did so notice back in the company that's managing the class action suit. After I stated that I'd not have authorized a 48 month lease at $48 per month, is the fact that I NEVER DID SIGNAL a rent. I had been saying I never might have, which I did so in work not signal one. What I really believe that they're performing is gets a trademark, and transposing it on the phony agreement. I has happend to atleast 400-500 others. Cheers :)

Whether you operate a company or not, you have to enter the routine of reading issues before you sign them -- of course if that you don't determine what the conditions imply, *don't* sign."so what can I actually do about this today?"we cannot understand what your agreement claims from below, whether it has an earlier termination charge supply, etc., etc.

But you don't say what it is that you did sign.
You say "something" but don't elaborate.
