My problem is a boy wanted to marry me about 12 years ago, but my family rejected his proposal and accept another proposal,i came to USA with my husband but this boy had started chase my husband & in laws. He called them and made up stories how much we love to each others, and how much i hate my husband and love to that boy, at the end after 5 years my husband fed up from this phone called and he gave me divorce, i am living in chicago. This boy has ruined my happy marriage life,after my divorce he approached me and proposed me but i denied and requested him to leave me alone. Now i heard he has got U.S multipal entry visa of 5 years and coming to chicago. He don't have any relatives in USA, he is coming to chicago only for me, i am so scared, is there any ways that i complain to Immigration and he cannot enter chicago? i have no problem if he go to other states but i am so scared if he come to my home and shoot me. please tell me what should i do to safe myself from him?. His travel dates are secret, if i know exit date, i can take day off from work and go for vocation but his tour is secret, I don't have prove of anything but i only want immigration will not let him to enter in chicago.

Get a restraining order. Please file one in court. He's been destructive enough in your life. Let's face it. We all know he's a complete and utter creep. If he violates that, it's game over for him.

Call the police and tell them what is happening and also call immigration department and tell them of his plans and his inability to deal with rejection. You are in fear of your life and his reasons to be here are not acceptable they may be able to deny his visa.

but better still if you have an order against him before he enters the country and they give it to him as he enters the country he can't go near you and if he does he will be deported for breaking the rules.

It's going to be very difficult to get an order of protection against someone who is not in the country, and who has no established address here, and based on your fears of what you imagine could happen (because there is no criminal record of harassment or abuse). Sad to say, but you won't be able to get an order of protection unless he actually threatens or gets physical with you in some say. Have you contacted your family and friends so that they are aware? That way, if you need support, someone knows what's going on and is ready. You can also keep the emergency number (911 or your local police precinct) and numbers of your friends or family on speed dial and keep your cell phone with you at all times. If he shows up at your door, do not answer. I could tell you to call the Homeland Security (which is in charge of immigration services), but I'm not sure that their agents would do anything...Takes forever to even get through to speak to someone.
