can i still sue for damages even if i was paid tomorrow? my bills havent been paid and are overdue w/ late fees & my health was compromised because no money=no food. what shall i do?

You can. As long as you have done nothing to hinder the payment process, not been at work, didn't turn in your time card on time, etc etc.
