It's a phish attempt. Always talk to the source first by phone and forward this email to your source fraud department. Never reply to who sent it. They want your bank account.

There is absolutely no way that any company is going to ask you to send them your password.

What would you say to someone at the ATM who said, "would you mind telling me your PIN, in case you were to leave your card?"

This is a known phishing scam attempting to get you to give them all your personal info. It's not from Yahoo, just delete it and ignore it. Good luck and be careful.
