Animes with a strong male lead/protagonist who seems pathetic?

Basically i been watching a crap-load of anime but there is too many to list.
But i list some animes which are like what i am asking with details

The anime is somewhat like this: The main characters are either one male protagonist or a male protagonist with female ones (Basically harem too), and this guy is one of those people who could have bad luck,be a loser, etc... he seems weak willed and a loser but when provoked he turns into GOD MODE... Where people are like: Holy **** is he that guy we picked on...,seems different?0_0

Some male anime characters like this?(Not bother listing their names cuz its long and Japanese so find out yourself)
1.Main guy in infinite stratos
2.Main guy in demon king
3.Main guy in hidan no aria
4.Main guy in asu no yoichi
Etc...

Some animes like this:
Chrome Shelled Reigos proved pretty good for this: The main guy Layton or Layfon (i forgot) is a first year and trying to get into machinery department and doesn't want to fight but later on **** GETS SERIOUS
and he becomes the strongest person out there (actually he was probably the strongest before the anime took place cuz he never fights for real)

Deadman Wonderland(the main guy): Not the anime but the guy Ganta try's to protect the lives of his friends and himself, He actually is a normal high school student but his class got pwned by the red man and he now owns the power of the branches of sins and ''always gets back up''

To Aru Majutsu No Index: Actually just started watching this one and its okay cuz the main guy is strong and has alot of misfortune and people underestimate him because he is a low level esper and can't use magic due to his powers or right hand but his rare power describe as a normal student with a unique ability

CONCLUSION:
I can list way more but Basically animes like this if you get the idea
1.Strong male lead
2. Looked down on or treated like that by other people
3.(optional/s) Harem,comedy,action,romance,ecchi(not really ecchi cuz in anime seems pretty much over excessive and seems too perverted)
4.Not that much disturbing, Sick of deadman wonderland little bit and not really related but school days that ending is really gotten on my mind

Code geass might slightly fit your description but the main character has kinda always been awesome he just has a chance to prove it

Kekkaishi- thought to be just a regular kekkaishi but turns out to be awesome potentional and some other mess

Well I definitely like what you are looking for.
So this list will be of people of bad luck, pathetic, or unexpected to have such power.

Air Gear- Guy who was never really into motorized roller blades gets beat up by a gang using them so he gained a interest in them.
Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu- Guy who is an idiot of the show where people are divided up by grade in his school and people fight with little creature like avatars but there battle strength is based on grade.
Black Lagoon- A businessman who was taking hostage but the guy was more use to them that and he joins them.
Dragon Drive- Lazy kid who suddenly found an interest in a dragon game where his dragon looks to be the weakest dragon but has great hidden power.
Eyeshield 21- Guy with an incredible speed for running away from bullies and a football guy sees this ability and has him join his team.
Hidan no Aria- Guy who has a power that surpasses others
Ichiban Ushiro no Daimaou- Guy with very bad when he is told he is to become the Demon King
IS: Infinite Stratos- Guy who is the only male to operate a IS.
Katekyo Hitman Reborn!- Sawada Tsunayoshi is just your ordinary teenage boy who attends Junior High and sucks at it. He is unpopular, has no friends and is desperately in love with a girl from his class. But his life takes an extraordinary turn when Tsunayoshi meets Reborn, an infamous hitman, who has been sent by ninth boss of Vongola to train Tsunayoshi for his upcoming title.
Love Hina- Guy who wants to go to Tokyo U but fails the test.
Midori no Hibi- Guy who is tries to find a girl friend but has been rejected 20 times then wakes up to find a girl as his right had who says to of had a crush on him for 3 years.
Rosario + Vampire- Guy is unlucky at least by the fact he is going to a all monster school.
Saikano- Guy loves a girl and the girl is a human weapon along with people dying all around the friends included.
Sekirei- Guy who is intelligent but due to hi inability to cope under pressure failed a college exam which braded him a idot and loses then finds himself involved in a sekirei battles.
Toaru Majutsu no Index- ouma Kamijou’s right hand, the Imagine Breaker, will negate all magic, psychic, or divine powers, but not his own bad luck.
Trigun- Guy who has a rumor about him that is greater that the real him.
Welcome to the NHK!- Guy who is a neet who tries to fix his life in all the wrong ways.
Yozakura Quartet- Guy with a power of tuning capable of banishing spirits permanently.
Zero no Tsukaima- Guy who had a bad luck of becoming a familiar but not to worry he has a special ability.
