B - It is a US government run website and has the most accurate and unbiased information regarding immigration

A - They are biased because the profit from the immigration process.
C - This is very vague and could be produced by anyone (even someone that has no idea what the immigration process is)
D - Although it has "fair" they are still biased because we don't know what they consider "fair"
Is it "fair" that people not be allowed to immigrate or is it "fair" that people are allowed to immigrate.
In either case, their perspective is biased.
