Actually in my opinion self discipline is the greatest discipline. Laws, rules and regulations are made not for these self disciplined people but for the people who have utter disregard for these and an unbiased & fair enforcement of these serves as a deterrent for them. They(breakers of laws) don't actually love or respect discipline but the fear of stringent disciplinary action makes them law abiding.

As in our society there are so many corrupt and inefficient people same way there(I can't say about corruption but about their abilities & competency) are inefficient people on rediff also who run this forum. Ironically some of our fellow members say that neither rediff invited us nor do we pay anything to use this forum so we shouldn't complaint.

Rediff earns advertisements due to participation of so many people on QnA forum, it is a fact. So our activity here pays for our participation and we have every right to make them understand our point of view.
