According to the Europeans example Belgians, Swedish, and Italians only Americans that are raised the same way as president Barrack Obama/Michelle Obama (same mentality) by there parents when they are small children have the skills to survive in Europe. Tiger Woods has two children with a Swedish woman not an American woman, because it is very difficult to find an American woman that is willing and capable of raising her children the same way as Barrack Obama/Michelle Obama (same mentality) and respect his parental rights in a diplomatic friendly manner in case of a divorce. Australian Rupert Murdoch (News Corporation) is married to a Chinese woman and has a daughter with her. That way his daughter would be mistaken as Chinese not American when they travel to other countries. He also picked an Chinese women because he did not want to deal with American women with family court and child support and also expect his daughter to be able to properly present her self abroad.

Have you ever noticed that all American (US Citizen) pilots and flight attendants on a domestic/transatlantic/international airplane (example, American Airlines, Delta, United Airlines, US Airways & TWA) flight are raised the same way as president Barrack Obama/Michelle Obama (same mentality) by there parents when they are small children have the skills to survive in Europe under official euro rules. The Airlines do not care if American or European parents raised you because this would be discrimination under US law. The only acceptation is that many only speak English. This was even the case in the 1960’s at the time of the Beatles.
