I live in Virginia but I got a speeding ticket in North Carolina going 80 in a 60 down a mountain. I'm not sure what the best way to try to fight it would be. I got a speeding ticket last June and just took a driving class in January to keep the points off my license. Can I take another driving class so my insurance doesn't go up? I just don't want it to effect my insurance.
