BIke Rental Software?

small bike rental company looking for a software tracking/inventory to keep up with where the bikes are. We are property management company and do not want to spend lots of money...maybe around $500 for all. Is this possible??

Where bikes are? Well, a simple Excel spreadsheet can do that.
