So federal law states that you must be 21 to buy a pistol from a FFL, but 18 to buy from non FFl. If i buy one from a private party (non ffl) online and he ships to my local FFL, i can buy it at the age of 18 right?
Just trying to make sure before i spend the money. any help is appreciated!

As soon as the weapon arrives at the FFL, the dealer must comply with all applicable laws.
He will run the NICS check and have you fill out the 4473 form.
